I don't think anyone in Europe would allow the King of England to marry the Queen of Portugal. I am willing to bet Charles would disregard the age-gap and quickly arrange a marriage between Maria and Felipe. The others seem fine.

I imagine that Henry became Enrique I by right of his wife: First son Henry X got england and the second John IV got portugal.

Better. Another idea: All of charles V and isabella's children live to old age.

Naples for John and Milan for Charles.

Charles V, King of Spain (1818-1861) m. Isabella II, Queen of Spain (1830-1904)

1) Charles VI, King of Spain (1850-1902) m. Louise, Princess of the United Kingdom (1848-1939) with issue
highly improbable. Mostly because Victoria wasn't willing to let Alice marry to Pedro in Portugal (who she personally liked), I doubt she'd allow Loosey (a daughter she "disliked" for want of a better term) to marry a man she doesn't like. AFAIK, the only foreign marriage ever kicked around for Louise was to the comte de Paris.
2) Maria, Infanta of Spain (1853-1918) m. Rudolf, Crown Prince of Austria (1858-1889) with issue
with such a big age gap? change it to one of her younger sisters please
3) Carlotta, Infanta of Spain (1856-1904) m. Louis-Napoléon, Prince Imperial (1856-1879) [1] with issue
why funny? This would be Empress Eugenie, Isabel II and Henri de Chambord's chocolate covered wet dream. Especially if Chambord adopts Louis as his heir like he planned to OTL
4) Ferdinand, Infante of Spain (1859-1924) never married and had no issue, suspected to be gay
5) Luisa, Infanta of Spain (1862-1922) m. Nicholas II, Emperor of Russia (1868-1928) [2] with issue
nope. Match would found for the same reason as a pairing suggested between the duchess of Galliera's children and those of Kirill Vladimirovich's: religion. Spain won't allow them to convert from Catholicism and the Romanovs won't accept a Catholic grand duchess/empress.

Louis de Lorraine, Duke of Orléans (b. 1594 d. 1610) m. Maria Appollonia of Savoy (b. 1594 d. 1640) [1]
he'd marry the OTL duchesse de Vendôme, to secure her lands for the crown and prevent anyone claiming the throne (or rather, Brittany) through her.
[2] Daughter of Henri of Bourbon (King of Navarre) and Marie de' Medici.
minus the need to convert to Catholicism, he won't marry Maria. She'll likely end up with Rudolf II instead
