Japan could be a superpower,

(Fighting China and/or Germans or go benevolent Co-Prosperity Sphere?I kinda think the latter tbh)

Gitlow-benjamin-1928.jpg

Benjamin "Ben" Gitlow(term 1940-1945,1945-1950),the second General Secretary of the Continental Congress of American Syndicates.Chosen after Reed's death as a compromise candidate between the Anarcho-Syndicalists,Socialists and Centralists, his immediate focus as General Secretary was to repair the nation's infrastructure and economy from the devastation of Civil War, healing the divide between brothers and raising the nation up even higher in material prosperity than it had been under the old bourgeois system. To that end, he began setting up agencies such as the landmark National Recovery Administration, which combined the efforts of dozens of Syndicates and national services to conduct such wide-ranging projects as building new railroads, beginning construction on a national automobile highway, electrifying the poorest parts of America, and revitalizing destroyed cities in the South.A pragmatist in foreign policy,in a controversial to this day decision to throw the Sorelians and National-Syndicalists under the bus instead of preparing an invasion of continental Europe as many has expected. However,he did help strengthen the remaining Syndicalist nations, and pursued a "containment and encirclement" approach against the German Empire that would be the bedrock of American strategy in the Cold War.

The Panther panzer of the German Empire, during the battle of the Rhine, 1939. Seeing service on nearly every front throughout the Second Weltkrieg the Panther would become the iconic panzer of the Second Weltkrieg.

The Leopard Primäre Kampfpanzer during the 1942 Eastern Front. Though it only saw combat during the final months of the Second Weltkrieg the Leopard Primäre Kampfpanzer would go on to see service throughout the Second Great Game, (OOC: ATL cold war) becoming the mainstay panzer of the German Empire and her allies.

Qing soldiers in Nanjing, preparing to defend the city against Japan. Although the Qing had reclaimed the south, the Ma warlords, and parts of Mongolia, their greatest challenge would come when Japan assaulted them in concert with Savinkov's Operation Yaroslavl. They would be stopped, however, at Nanjing, and from there Qing, American, Mexican, Australasian, and Indian troops invaded Japan itself, bringing a final end to the Second Weltkrieg in 1946.

Free Texan Republican Militia fighters. Widely despised by the occupying Mexican military, for their brutality towards civilian latin settlers in former American Texas. The FTRM is known to be supported by the Canadian, United States, Union State and Pacific States governments. Despite the growth of the santa muerte cult within their ranks in recent years.

Anti Mexican guerilla fighters in the rocky mountains. Infamous for their vicious hit and run tactics and their use of homemade alcohol based weapons. These various independent groups are widely supportedby both the USA and PSA governments. Along with popular support from the local "Anglo" population.

Territorial People's Police preparing to raid a suspected safehouse of 'Terrorits'/Canadian Freedom fighters in Ontario in 2007

Even though organized resistance to the American occupation was effectively stamped out by the 1960s, first Russian and later German and Commonwealth clandestine support for the Canadian resistance proved to be a continual annoyance for the American Government, to the point where the ascession of Canada as a series of Syndicates of their own is some seventy years behind schedule.

This isn't about the left being the left, this is about the American occupation of Canada. I should have been more specific. These guys are effectively a QLF that's being funded by the Russians, Germans and the British Commonwealth. I'll edit to be more specific.

Communard tanks exit a forest in West Africa. French armored tactics bog down in the terrain and infrastructure of National France and Mittelafrika.

Anyone else think that it just doesn't make sense for the CSA to invade Canada. I mean they just fought a several years long civil war, that would have wrecked most of their country. Not to mention trying to both hold down and assimilate the various rival groups and the population's general war weariness.
